1. Membership and Annual Fees

• Membership registration and renewals are completed online through our official website.
• The annual membership fee grants access to club rides, training programs, events, and member benefits for a 12-month period.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

2. Refund Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error during registration.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@citycyclers.com.ng within 7 days of payment, with proof of transaction.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
• Event or ride participation fees (if applicable) may have separate refund rules, communicated during registration.

3. Member Conduct

• Members must adhere to all club rules, safety protocols, and road regulations during rides and events.
• The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or actions that bring the Club into disrepute.

4. Website Use

• All website content, including images, text, and graphics, are the property of City Cyclers Club and may not be copied or used without permission.
• Members must not use the website for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

City Cyclers Club shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in club rides, events, or activities. Members participate at their own risk and are advised to use proper safety gear.

6. Changes to Terms

The Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued membership or website use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
